CD - Meditation is used to develop internal harmony and sharpen focus. This program features discussion and exercises in the art of meditation from American-born meditation teacher and professor Shinzen Young. 
The program begins with a comprehensive look at what meditation is and why it is used. Young then moves into a thorough discussion of each of the four keys of meditation: concentration (learning to adapt a constant state of mindfulness), relaxation (learning calmness), energy and unconditional love and compassion. Young finishes the program discussing how frequently one should meditation and how to prepare, before delving into three guided meditation exercises (breath, relaxation, cultivating kindness).
