DVD - RODNEY YEE'S YOGA FOR BEGINNERS was designed as a 'one-stop shop' for the aspiring yogi. It presents a collection of core exercises designed to help you build a strong yoga foundation that you can build on. The first place to visit on the DVD is the pose guide, in which Yee and Colleen Saidman model moves for the viewer, showing step-by-step instructions for easy understanding, as well as coverage of modifications and common alignment mistakes.

Viewers can take these moves for a test drive in the energizing (morning) and rejuvenating (evening) workouts, which offer short workouts that string together the core moves into easy-to-perform sequences that can provide a warm up or cool down for the day ahead. These workouts feature three instruction options: full instruction, minimal instruction (mainly just announcing moves) and inspirational instruction (includes discussion of what you should feel, visualize).
